We knew and loved Tom Cruise, not only because of his boyish look in ‘Top Gun’ or his awesome portrayals as Secret Agent. We followed his movies because he happens to choose those good projects that make him more popular and desirable. He played every kind of role you want him to play. He became a vampire, most of the time a lover, action hero or a drama king. He even played a disgusting looking Les Grossman in Tropic Thunder. But now, on his upcoming movie ‘Rock of Ages, he will play a very famous, tattoed rock singer. And I don’t know how to take it.

Tom Cruise recently posed for the cover of W Magazine, as shown in the photo below, and modeled as Stacee Jaxx, his rock star character on his upcoming movie ‘Rock of Ages‘, which will be released on June 15, 2012.

As noted by W Magazine on its official website recently, Tom Cruise is the model for the cover story of their June 2012 edition and granted an interview for his latest movie, where he showed his abs notably looked 20 years younger.

The film ‘Rock of Ages‘, directed by Adam Shankman and distributed by Warner Bros. is an adaptation of the 2006 Chris D’Arienzo ‘Broadway’ musical with the same title, with the cast includes Catherine Zeta-Jones, Julianne Hough, Russell Brand, Alec Baldwin, Mary J. Blige, among others.
