“Under Pressure” of Homelessness (VIDEO)
One of the key possibilities, for a YouTube video to go viral, if all those people who’ll see the video will argue, debate and talk about it — and this will be an endless discussion between and among concerned individuals.
The first argument: Is he really homeless?
The second argument: How can we help him?
The third argument: He’s a performer and wants to increase homelessness awareness. Ok, nevermind.
Naturally, human beings have kind hearts that dictates them to help other people. When Sky Soleil showed these two Kermit puppets and singing the Queen and David Bowie’s song, “Under Pressure”, everyone was not paying attention on how creative he did with the undeniably adorable frogs. But, the attention was diverted to the sign beside him, saying, “Family in need with 2 kids homeless + out of work.” Well, this isn’t possible — especially after the recession.
But then, he explicitly explained on the video’s description that he’s not homeless:
As I said this is a performance. I don’t want there to be any doubts about my situation. I am a performer. I have a roof over my head and I have yet to start my own family. But this video isn’t about me. This is for the men, women and children on our streets who don’t have bright green puppets on their hands. The people who aren’t always as easy to see. This is for you.
Well, he’s truthful with his intention. This is a good idea to catch the attention of everyone and help at the same time.
