I’m not sure how long we’ll going to talk about the Final question threw to Ms. Philippines, Venus Raj that allegedly, according to those who doesn’t really know about beauty contest for that matter, lost the chance of winning because of a lame question with a lame answer.

Honestly, it was not a lame question – it was a tough question that no one really can answer it correctly.

Okay people; let’s be true once and for all. I was trying to recall my past life and trying hard to reveal any of my biggest mistakes — but I really can’t tell the granularity behind them. I absolutely believe that my mistakes played big parts on where I am right now. Experience is what we called to each mistake we committed.

Let me give you a concrete example. I still can tell myself that the profession I took was a mistake. I was confused that time after junior high school of what I wanted to become. I suffered in college, how to pass all my exams. I suffered when I took my Licensure Exam. And until now, I’m still suffering to work my ass out and Kissing the Asses of those who will provide me supplemental convenience. I should be some famous painter or writer – someone who’s so famous in the Arts. But, as I said all these things about my angst towards my profession, if we’re going to turn back time and ask me to choose what profession I want, I will still choose to be an Accountant. This is what I do and this is what my body and soul are telling me to achieve.

As what John Powell as said, “The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing”. Well, if you don’t learn from it, you’re fuckin’ stupid I guess.

So, did Venus Raj miss her chance to win the Miss Universe 2010? I don’t think so – maybe if she was asked a different question, like how are you going to promote World Peace.
