Twitter Movie Trailer
Probably, you already saw the official trailer of ‘The Social Network’ Movie, a.k.a. Facebook Movie. The movie is about the struggle and success of Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook. But, guess what? There’s also a ‘Twitter’ Movie.
Twitter and Facebook are social networks that are totally different. Twitter is close to ‘talking non-sense’ and ‘being pervs’. Just like what has been mentioned on the trailer — Twitter is created as a blog with random and incoherence similar to writing in a bathroom wall and to have a narcissistic conversation to total strangers. The latter is what I really prefer!
Watch the ‘Twitter Movie Trailer’:
Based not at all on the true story of Twitter cofounders Jack Dorsey, Ev Williams and Biz Stone, the trailer is mostly a tongue-in-cheek send-up of the original The Social Network trailer. They used the same song, the same scenes and conversation. I love it!
The mock-trailer for the fake movie, dubbed The Twit Network, pokes fun at the inanity of some tweets’ content, our collective self-absorption, our obsession with celebrities and the painful convention of affixing “tw-” to beginning of any word related to social media.
P.S. By the way, this is a parody!
