Charice, the pride of the Philippines, who initially a YouTube Sensation, turned to be a famous David Foster’s artist, performed on The Oprah Winfrey Show, which was aired last Tuesday, May 11, 2010.

We are fully aware of Charice’s humble beginnings – from being a runner- up of Little Big Star Reality Contest, to seeing her in The Ellen DeGeneres Show and not to mention, how Oprah Winfrey believed on her talent and really helped her to achieve her dreams. Kudos to Oprah for doing such deed to our fellowman.

A day before  her 18th birthday, she made her fourth presentation on “The Oprah Winfrey Show”, together with American singing sensation Justin Bieber, for her US debut new self-titled album. She also sang her hit single titled “Pyramid” that features lyaz which now the current No. 1 hit on Billboard Dance/Club Play chart, surpassing Rihanna’s album “Rude Boy”. Whatta massive achievement is that, right?

Charice makes Filipinos so proud! Aren’t you feeling such pride every time Oprah Winfrey mentions the word “Philippines” or “Filipinos?” It gives me goose bumps – like she was literally referring to me. I’m totally overwhelmed!
