Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. Customarily, the guys are the one who think of ways on how to make this special. But, of course, nothing beats on surprising each other on this day.

I google-d the Top 10 things we can do on Valentine’s day and find it so funny (and giggling) the suggested ways by AskMen.Com I took some of those ways but add some specific activities and places.

10.     Go out of Town — this depends on your mood, if you feel like celebrating in a serene place in Laguna, or experience an adventure in Tagaytay Zipline, or have a taste of blue-hot-water on the beach of Coron, Palawan.

9.       Have a massage at Wensha — this is quite tricky, because there’s no couples’ room at Wensha. But, if you really wanna feel relax at a cheap price, Wensha is definitely your Spa.

8.       Stay at home — If you are both workaholics and rarely spend time at home, this is your chance to enjoy being homebody. Cook your specialty dish that you mastered in special occasion like this.

7.       Watch Valentine’s Day Movie or Valentine’s Concert –  Definitely, movies and concerts are the most “used” and famous hang out of lovers. Film and Concert Producers have allotted their budget for Valentine’s day.

6.       Go to Photo Studio and prepare for different creative shots — are all your photos seem candid? This is your time to make an astonishing portrait of the lovely couple. Go to Great Image or Colorpoint. Bring all your fancy clothes and project in front of the camera. I think this is one-hell-of-fun.

5.       Joyride – if you have a Chevron, Petron or Shell Discount Card and you can afford to consume a full tank of gas in a day, do a joyride (this is not a sexual position, ok?). Go to North (Subic, Pangasinan or Ilocos) or to South (Batangas, Quezon or Bicol).

4.       Have sex in Public –  as explained in AskMen.com, this doesn’t apply to everyone. This is not highly advised and encouraged as well. This will require a lot of cautions. But, just consider the taste of risky grounds.

3.       Make a reservation in an Expensive-seven-stars-hotel — spend big-time on a luxurious hotel. Go to Shang-Mactan or to Manila Peninsula in Makati. Enjoy the indulgence with your partner.

2.       Dress Up –  act as if you belong to elite families and you are elite couples. Go for a candlelit dinner. Have yourselves fillet mignon, wine and cheese or any dish you haven’t heard of from the menu.

1.        Pop up the question — This is a perfect timing for proposal. Just think that you’ll save one gift on Anniversary and Valentine’s day.
